I absolutely love running. I’ve been running for 12 years and have completed numerous 10K, half marathon races, a marathon and more recently ventured into trail running and my first Ultra. It’s so important for me to run. It gives me clarity, head space and keeps me sane!!! Especially needed whilst working in Intensive Care over the past 18 months.
