Rhys is a legend in the trail running community. He has spent the last decade clocking up an impressive list of challenges, including:
- Three Peaks JOGLE
- The Badwater 135 miler
- The Canal Slam (the Grand Union Canal 145, Kennet and Avon Canal 145 plus the Liverpool and Leeds Canal 130 Races – all in one season of running!)
- A 2,000 mile run from Boston to Austin
- He’s also previously held the Wales Coast Path FKT and has raised over £175k for charity!
Rhys and his wife Cerys, organise Pegasus and Wild Horse events in Wales. The pair are super passionate about helping trail runners achieve their goals.
