Sam MacIntosh is a former competitive powerlifter and a marathoner and triathlete. She is also a British Weightlifting Level 2 coach and a Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified coach.
Sam has coached over two hundred online clients to leaner, stronger, and more resilient versions of themselves. She specialises in coaching Masters-level athletes to the best running performance of their lives by taking their nutrition and strength to the next level.
Sam is the former managing editor of Breaking Muscle UK, and has been interviewed and featured in the BBC, the Personal Trainer’s Development Center, and has appeared as a guest on the RunnersConnect podcast. She has also been published and interviewed in Women’s Running magazine.
