I’m a 44 year old Londoner, and as well as being a keen long distance road runner I’m the British Sport Crossbow Champion, World Record Holder & World No.1. I’m also a scout leader, mental health first aider and activist.
I started running while I was teenager completing my first London Marathon when I was 18. I continued with running completing the London Marathon 3 more times, until a serious knee injury forced me to give up running for almost 6 years, taking up long distance cycling in that time to strengthen my knee and get back to full fitness.
Since resuming running again in 2018, at my local Parkrun, I haven’t looked back regularly taking part in 10k & half marathon events, and running faster now than when I was a teenager.
I love to inspire others to strive and achieve their goals.
