We coach runners who are targeting events from 10k up to the marathon to smash targets and improve their lives through running. This is done by providing structure, support and accountability in 3 key areas:

1) A personalised running program that fits around their life and goals
2) Overcoming the mental challenges the running provides
3) Staying physically strong and avoiding injury
